I co-facilitate a workshop that translates an in-person syllabus into a structured asynchronous experience. We cover content structure, UDL principles, assessment design, and how to use a standard template so navigation stays consistent and learner-centered.

Outcomes & Reporting for Program Leaders

Who it's for
Program leaders responsible for learning quality and compliance reporting.
What it does
I designed and deliver training that shows program leaders how to map outcomes from the program level down to individual assignments, design assessments that support both course and program goals, and build a setup that surfaces reporting data automatically instead of through manual spreadsheets.
What changes after
Compliance reporting becomes a query, not a quarterly scramble.

New Team Member Onboarding

Who it's for
New full-time and part-time team members joining a learning organization.
What it does
I lead onboarding that introduces new team members to the LMS, core tools, and the systems and standards they'll be working within. I've run this onboarding 60+ times.

New team members start contributing faster, with fewer support tickets and less guesswork.

Corporate Media & eLearning

Learning design work in banking and finance.

Alongside my work in education, I've designed and developed corporate eLearning and media in the banking and finance sector. I'm comfortable owning the full workflow — from storyboarding and wireframing through interactive builds and media editing.

ESG Compliance Training

I helped develop an ESG compliance module for banking staff, turning dense policy content into short, scenario-driven learning. I worked on the storytelling and storyboard, structured the content into clear sections, and built wireframes for the visual and interaction layout. The final build used Articulate, Captivate, and Camtasia to create a polished, interactive experience with embedded knowledge checks.
